Overview

At Budzotics.us, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. You will also be notified if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your account again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@budzotics.us.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at contact@budzotics.us for instructions.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders are processed and delivered within 48 hours. Free shipping is available for orders over $500.

  • International Shipping: Orders shipped outside the U.S. are typically delivered within 3–4 business days.

Returning an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@budzotics.us to receive instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
